About Us
After working at various restaurants and country clubs in the city, Rene Trevino felt it was time for a change. He decided to create a place where everyone could enjoy amazing European style dessets at an affordable price.
Starting in March 2004, Rene’s Bakery opened to the public and starting with a staff of one (Rene).
Now, a few years later and alot of dough, Rene’s employs 8 staff members working full time and part time. Alot of new items have been added to the menu since the beginning but the stellar desserts havent changed a bit.
