POLICY AGREEMENT

All online orders are taken to streamline requests and prioritize orders. Custom orders for birthdays, weddings must be done 3 weeks in advance. If order is requested after that, an additional fee will be charged. All custom orders will need to have a 50% down payment. Down payments are non refundable. If for any reason the order is canceled day of event and/or we are unable to contact client, we will consider order canceled and have to dispose of order. Please be punctual when picking up order the day before or day of requested day. Contact us if your schedule has changed and would like to move drop off date or pick-up date. All items on our menu can be made custom to order but some require a longer process than others. Small pastries ordered custom require more detail and time. Large cakes require more prep time and special care. Clients have right to cancel order within 24hrs before order is begun. Please call or email with any questions.
